The Sophie Foundation trustees personally oversee the day-to-day running of the charity and are responsible for all support, administration, legal and fundraising activities.
Our trustees are all volunteers and give their time and expertise freely in order to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the charity.

NICOLE HEADWORTH
Mother of two and entrepreneur Nicole has been an integral part of the events team since 2021 and is our most recent board member.
In addition to her role as a foundation Trustee, Nicole works in international commodities whilst also running a beauty and wellness business.
ELIZABETH ELLIOTT
“Lizzie” has been part of the Top Model family since the age of just 15 when she won the 2010 Editorial title and went on to walk 14 seasons at London Fashion Week and was published internationally as a model.
Lizzie now works as an Assistant Paramedic and Senior Cabin Crew for a private executive airline, having previously enjoyed a glittering career in the model industry and also as a runway coach with Top Model Worldwide.
GEOFFREY COX
Geoff is an Executive Producer and Show Director in the fashion industry and has worked with a multitude of international and British brands.
Geoff founded the Education Partnership Initiative mentoring programme (EPI) and the charity divisions for both the Top Model Worldwide organisation and Fashion London (London Fashion Week), raising over £300,000 to date for good causes.
In 2024-25 Geoff is commemorating 25 years in the fashion industry and 40 years in events.
